| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2021年度に完成したFS-C4BPの簡易測定系を用いて多数例での検討を行い、CA125、HE4、TFPI2との比較を行ったところ、FS-C4BPの内膜症性嚢胞と明細胞癌の判別能はCA125 HE4 TFPI2に比べて高いAUCを示した。しかし測定行程がこの3者のマーカーよりも長いためにその測定行程の工夫を要することが判明した。同時に新規に開発されたWFA+-セルロプラスミン測定系（日本分子腫瘍マーカー研究会誌 (2433-8575)37巻 Page45-46(2022.)）を用いての検討を開始した。卵巣がん例と健常人例を含む2082例の血液検体を用いて網羅的血清糖ペプチドスペクトラ解析 (CSGSA: Comprehensive Serum Glycopeptide Spectra Analysis)を行い、全例の糖ペプチドピークの測定を行った。この糖ペプチドピークを用いてOPLS-DA解析、2次元バーコード化(画像化)後の人工知能（深層学習）での解析、人工知能での解析（企業専門家による）解析を進めており、その結果待ちの状況で次年度にその結果をもって方向性を見極める。
本研究では開発中のマーカーと診断システムを用いてその診断精度を検証する必要があり、倫理面を考慮した上で多数例の検体を追加収集するシステムが必要であり、その構築する準備に取り掛かった。

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
FS-C4BP (Fully-sialylated alpha-chain of complement 4-binding protein)の簡易測定系作成を完成した。しかし、その工程が長いという問題点が判明した。WFA+-セルロプラスミン測定系を用いて測定を開始した。
CSGSAによる糖ペプチドピークの測定を終え、OPLS-DA解析、2次元バーコード化(画像化)し人工知能（深層学習）での解析を開始した。測定に時間がかかり解析中であり、診断アルゴリズム完成には至らなかった。
追加検体採取のためのシステム策定の準備に入った。

本研究では多数例の血清の収集が重要であるが、2021年3月末現在、卵巣癌、婦人科良性腫瘍例、健常人例の合計で2082例を収集し終えており、FS-C4BPとWFA+-セルロプラスミン測定系を用いて検討を開始する。同時にFS-C4BP測定系の工程の短縮に向けて検討を行う。CSGSAによる糖ペプチドデータ測定は終了していることから、OPLS-DA解析、2次元バーコード化(画像化)後の人工知能（深層学習）での解析、人工知能での解析（企業専門家による）結果を得て診断アルゴリズム完成を目指す。また将来を見据えて社会実装実現のために臨床試験についての詳細な検討・立案を開始する。
