Outline of Final Research Achievements

We worked on various problems related to lexicographic orderings of strings, such as Lyndon words, Lyndon trees, bijective Burrows-Wheeler Transform, repetitiveness measures of Thue-Morse words based on dictionary compression. Furthermore, we proposed efficient algorithms and data structures that exploit these characteristics and also showed hardness of some problems.
