Outline of Final Research Achievements

During this research period, we added the following new functions to the previously developed and provided "Text Collection" and "Difficulty Analysis" features in the MS Word menu:
[Paper-based/Web-based Quiz Creation Function] From a single problem draft created in MS Word, it is now possible to generate both a paper-based quiz file and a Google Forms file that can be used for pre- and post-learning via the web. Additionally, it has become possible to create MS Word and Google Forms files from problem drafts created in Google Spreadsheet.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

【学術的意義】教育目的に応じた語学教材を手作りする際に発生する煩雑な作業（難易度や分量等を反映させた教材選定，教材の加工，理解力確認テスト作成，成績管理等）を世界中で最も利用者の多いアプリのひとつである MS Word のメニューとして提供している。それら一連の作業をひとつのアプリケーションで行うアプリは他に見当たらない。
【社会的意義】MS Word に機能を集約させることで，複数のアプリを扱う操作法の違いやデータの授受に関する煩雑さを解消可能である。また，単語の難易度別分類やリストアップ，訳語の付加など複数の機能を連携することも可能なため，教材作成にかかわる時間を削減することができる。
