Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Over the last four years, our research team has been focused on deepening the understanding and enhancing the mathematical modeling of seru formation and loading in production systems. This culminated in a significant discovery regarding seru mechanisms last year, presenting a strong potential for publication in top-tier journals. Year 1-3: In the initial years, we developed and analyzed various problem sets related to seru formation and loading by manipulating different input elements. The majority were identified as NP-hard and non-convex. For NP-hard problems, we determined achievable approximation ratios and developed polynomial algorithms that provided solutions with these optimal ratios. For non-convex problems, we created algorithms that achieved locally optimal results. This modeling required extracting key elements pertinent to smart manufacturing from diverse sources such as industrial conferences, academic journals, and interactions with MBA students with factory experience. Final Year: The last year’s research uncovered a fundamental mechanism in the seru system, marking a major theoretical and practical breakthrough that has potential applications in smart manufacturing. Conclusion: Our four-year research journey has significantly advanced the analysis and modeling of seru systems. We adopted a systematic approach that utilized a broad set of input variables to create effective mathematical models. Our ongoing research aims to further explore seru systems and contribute groundbreaking developments to the academic and industrial communities.
