Outline of Final Research Achievements

In order to clarify the working and living conditions of non-regular single women, online questionnaire surveys were conducted in 2020 and 2024.The living conditions were extremely harsh, and there was a lot of anxiety about jobs and living expenses.In order for non-regular single women to understand the risks in their work and life and achieve a sustainable lifestyle, they need to acquire "Social Security Literacy," and we have developed a "Social Security Literacy" program."Social Security Literacy" does not just mean learning about the system, but also understanding work and lifestyle risks, having someone to consult with, places to learn, and places to obtain information, as well as updating information and making use of the system.In the future, it will be necessary to provide support for the acquisition of "Social Security Literacy."

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

非正規シングル女性は、現在また将来に多くの労働・生活リスクを抱えているにも関わらず、未だライフステージのある時期の一時的な姿であるとして、本人及び行政がリスクに備える意識やその支援が不十分な状況である。非正規シングル女性が労働・生活リスクを認識し、生活展望の変化を遂げるために、そのリスクに対応できる「社会保障リテラシー」獲得による自立支援がその解決の一つとなる。本研究では、COVID-19感染拡大、そして鎮静後の非正規シングル女性の労働と生活実態を明らかにし、「社会保障リテラシー」の内容を明確にし、そしてその支援プログラムを開発した。また、非正規シングル女性支援の社会での意識醸成に取り組んだ。
