Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research project was started with the main purpose of creating and proposing an educational curriculum for unemployed students in order to improve the awareness of safety and hygiene (health) among young workers. Ultimately, in light of the temporary spread of remote work and study as a social experiment, we shifted to developing a tool that would allow anyone to approach things individually and take emergent action, rather than giving a curriculum from a high-level perspective. The tool was a support tool as question creation task on self-questioning style that involved setting sub-elements for each of several categories in daily life, randomly presenting and combining these to create a "condition setting," and then creating a dangerous "scenario" that could be thought of by oneself, including all of the conditions, and thinking about countermeasures.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の起案は、近年の事業所の安全衛生担当者らが感じ取っていた若年就労者の世代意識変化に伴う危機予知感覚の脆弱さを嘆く声に始まったものである。少子社会・大学全入時代を迎え、少なくとも自身を守る、そして同僚・隣人を守るための鋭敏な危険予知能力を高めるためにはどうすればよいのか、そうした問題意識の下に、本研究では、未就業の学生らに向けて、危険予知能力の向上を図るための教育ツールを開発した。教育ツールは、生活場面から就業場面への円滑な移行を意識するとともに、Microsoft Office(Excel)上で動かせる簡易なプログラムであり、汎用性をもたせ、企業の新人教育等にも活用できる仕様にした。
