Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study was to examine the validity and effectiveness of a dietary survey/nutrition guidance tool that combines a food model and an IC tag. By asking subjects to select a food model that accurately mimics the real thing and comparing it with a validated dietary survey method, it was partially clarified that it is useful as a nutritional guidance and dietary survey tool. . It was also found that the use of the food model reduces the time and effort required to obtain the nutritional information required by both the investigator and the subject. On the other hand, due to the influence of the corona infection epidemic, we were unable to conduct sufficient surveys and research.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
