2023年度は、うつ病かるたを作成し、その内容をもとに、一般市民向けのうつ病研修で実施した。うつ病人生ゲームも完成させ、大学生を対象に実施した。11月から2月までの3か月間は、三菱DCS社のコミュニケーションロボットNAOの貸与を受け、かるたやクイズ内容を入力し、コミュニケーションロボットを使用して、うつ病教育ができる教材を作成した。
研究期間を通じて、生物・心理・社会的な側面からうつ病の理解ができる教材（うつ病かるた＆クイズ）と実施説明書を作成した。
