Outline of Final Research Achievements

We focus on a waiting-line auction mechanism in which consumers queue up at the distribution point and receive them following FIFO principle. We developed a method to numerically solve the equilibrium and analyzed the effect of information provision strategies on consumers choice behavior and social welfare. The developed model is applied to evacuation behavior with facility capacity constraints and construction bidding behavior for tenders with technical proposals.

大規模災害の発生直後やコロナワクチンの接種開始直後にサービスを求めて待ち行列ができる.待ち行列の発生メカニズムをモデル化するとともに,消費者の出発時刻選択行動を数値的に計算する方法を開発した本研究の分析結果を適用することで,配布地点や配布数量の最適化,サービス提供者による情報提供のあり方などを分析することができる.また,航空券の早割チケットなどの価格メカニズムと組み合わせたレベニュー・マネジメント戦略などの分析も可能になる.
