Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, in order to develop an urban micro-simulation model that can analyze and evaluate the future demand for new mobility services such as MaaS and autonomous driving and their impact on the urban structure, the existing model was improved by incorporating an activity-based transport model considering household member constraints and location choice model considering car ownership and choice of representative transport modes. Furthermore, data acquisition and analysis, model construction and verification were carried out in Sendai metropolitan area, and future forecast analysis of new mobility services on transportation demand and urban structure was implemented. As a result, research results that contribute to improving the applicability of new mobility service policy evaluations and urban micro-simulation policy evaluation analysis were obtained.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の成果により,将来の世帯構成の変化の下での新たなモビリティサービスへの需要予測や,自家用車を持たないライフスタイルへの移行,公共交通の利便性が高い地域への集住に与える効果など,都市構造へ与える影響の評価が可能となる.これらの評価手法により,Maasや自動運転といった新たなモビリティサービスを,「移動の最適化」から「社会課題の解決」のステージへ移行させるための政策立案が実現することが期待される.また,世帯ベースの交通行動分析やライフスタイルの変化が立地選択に与える影響を組み込むことで,都市マイクロシミュレーションの施策評価分析への活用可能性の向上に貢献できたものと考える.
