Outline of Annual Research Achievements

During this fiscal year, I could reveal the pathological Alternations of Mediastinal Fat-Associated Lymphoid Cluster and Lung in a Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Mouse Model. I could publish these data in one high impact Journal (Elewa et al. 2021, Microscopy and microanalysis). Additionally, we started new experiment for the analysis of the effect of bleomycin intranasal administration on the lung injury in both autoimmune mice model (BXSB/Yaa mice) and their control strain (BXSB mice).
- Also, during the previous year I collaborated with doing research with other researchers within my lab and other institutions and we could publish another 24 papers from this collaborative work.

Current Status of Research Progress

1: Research has progressed more than it was originally planned.

Reason

Because we Already established the experiment chemicals and animal approval.
Additionally, we already had the required machines for our experiments analysis.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

We are planning to examine the effect of bleomycin on lung injury in autoimmune mice model. Additionally, we are planning to induce papain asthma mice model and examine the role of MFALCs in asthma progression&/ or regression
