Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1. We have performed analysis of NKT development in SKG and WT BALB/c mice using single cell genomics (gene and protein expression, chromatin accessibility and immune repertoire). 2. We identify features (genes, proteins and regulatory regions) associated with different stages of differentiation, from double positive progenitors to mature naive NKT cell subtypes. 3. We find a putative novel TCR signature defining NKT cells. 4. Our results advance our understanding of the mechanisms of NKT development.
