Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Free-breathing dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) was available as well as breath-hold DCE-MRI, and its optimal temporal resolution was 3 seconds. In patient with pancreatic cancer, diagnostic ability of high-spatial and high-temporal resolution DCE-MRI was comparable to that of DCE-CT. Intrascanner reproducibility of MRI radiomics in pancreatic cancer is insufficient, and this would be an obstacle to the clinical application of radiomics studies.
