Free-breathing dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) was available as well as breath-hold DCE-MRI, and its optimal temporal resolution was 3 seconds. In patient with pancreatic cancer, diagnostic ability of high-spatial and high-temporal resolution DCE-MRI was comparable to that of DCE-CT. Intrascanner reproducibility of MRI radiomics in pancreatic cancer is insufficient, and this would be an obstacle to the clinical application of radiomics studies.

高精度腹部ダイナミックMRIの至適撮像条件が明らかになったことで，膵病変の血行動態解析が進み質的診断や治療効果予測が進歩する可能性がある．また，被ばく低減のため，膵の画像診断において積極的にダイナミックMRIが用いられるようになる可能性がある．
