| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of study was to analyze pathogens identified by HIRA-TAN method and the conventional microbiological test from native and transplanted lung in the transplant recipients who underwent single lung transplantation, and review the outcome of the patients according to the identified pathogens.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
肺移植患者の移植肺（グラフト）機能不全に寄与する病原体のスクリーニングを解析できた。肺移植後の緑膿菌や非結核性抗酸菌の保菌状態と予後の解析、また、感染性肺障害が移植後予後にどれほど関与するか検証し学術論文として報告した重篤な感染症を罹患しやすい患者群であるが研究期間内に複数の報告をすることができ、本邦の移植医療の診療ならびに研究レベル向上に寄与できると思われる。
