| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We had established nobel keratinocyte cell strain which showed pluripotent cell differentiation. Using DNA profile and stem cell marker analysis, this cell strain is similar to MSCs; mesenchymal stem cells. EGF, FGF and PDGF had showed growth stimulation to this cell strain. Under serum free condition, this cell strain showed pluripotent cell differentiation.
