Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Gamma oscillation regularity analysis using intraoperative brain surface EEG data in neurosurgery for cerebral cavernous angiomas was shown to be effective in the assessment of epileptic lesion areas (J Neurosurg Case Lessons. 2021). Gamma oscillation regularity correlation analysis using brain surface EEG data was also shown to be effective in the assessment of epileptic networks (Surg Neurol Int. 2021, 2022). Furthermore, gamma oscillation regularity analysis using scalp EEG data in epilepsy surgery with various brain lesions was shown to be effective as a preoperative assessment of epileptic lesions (Oper Neurosurg. 2022).

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
