| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
唾液腺導管癌（Salivary Duct Carcinoma: SDC ）の予後予測因子や新規治療のための基礎的な研究をおこなった。多施設症例の手術病理検体を集積した。HE染色と免疫組織学的手法で脈管侵襲と転移リンパ節の節外浸潤について解析を行っている。臨床病理的因子および生存率の関連を明らかにして、病理学的および臨床的予後因子について解析した。多数のSDC
の所見の集積と臨床病理学的因子の関連を解析し，SDCの病態の解明と治療に関する多くの知見が得られた。（Identification of novel prognostic and predictive biomarkers in salivary duct carcinoma via comprehensive molecular profiling. 多施設共同研究の標本収集や染色を着々と進めている。病理組織所見としてのいくつかの因子を解析した。並行して行っている研究のデータ発表をすでに英文誌でおこなっている。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
バイオマーカーの検索と、臨床病理学的因子との関連を調べ、予後因子や治療に関連する因子の解析をさらに進め、論文作成し発表する予定である。

（理由） 研究の進展に伴い病理学的所見の評価について新たな知見が得られ、評価方法の変更を行うために研究計画の変更が必要となった。
（使用計画）次年度の研究で病理学的評価をより精度の高いものとし，国際学会や国際誌への発表を行う予定である。
