Outline of Final Research Achievements

We improved e-portfolio system based on outcome-based education that introduced in Kagoshima University Faculty of Dentistry. We added function to assess degree of achievement of competency for 6 years dental students. We improved screen and operating method of assessment for complicated operating procedure. We improved that students can login to the system with common ID used in our university. We investigated the number of uses of e-portfolio system. As a result, the number of subject inputs for reflections and evaluations were increased, however not all subjects were input. We require more awareness and consideration to dental students and teachers. We added function to present graphs and tables of assessments, we visualized assessments for overview and details.

本研究は、アウトカム基盤型教育で最も重視される学習成果の可視化に対して貢献しうる新たな「統合型評価システム」を構築し、同一の視点から６年一貫で学生個々の能力の成長を記録するとともに、診療参加型臨床実習においても多面的なコンピテンシーの修得状況を評価しうる、汎用性の高い統合型学習評価システムの構築を目指しており、これにより学習者の多様な能力の成長を、妥当性をもって客観的に評価できるようになる。
