Outline of Final Research Achievements	The purpose of this study was to develop a developmental testing web system for effective support of children with developmental disorders. First, we created question items related to the development of sensory and motor aspects to be incorporated into the system. Then, in order to create standard values for the questionnaire, we collected data from 288 infants and 506 school-age children. Then, the difference in scores between age groups was analyzed when the division of the age groups was changed, and the standard age divisions were determined. Next, we created a proposal for a support method when there is a bias in the score of each question item for each area. Based on these, we developed a system that automatically presents scores and support methods for each developmental area based on an algorithm when parents answer questions.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	本研究で、作成したウェブシステムは保護者が子どもの発達に関する質問にウェブ上で回答することで、自動的にスコアリング、支援方法の提示がなされるものである。これを使うことによって、発達障害について高度の専門的なアセスメント技術を持たない支援者であっても子どもの感覚面や運動面、行動、対人関係、情動の問題の特性と、その対応を把握できることが考えられる。近年、発達障害児の発見率の増加に伴い、障害児通所事業所、学校、保育園などで発達障害児への専門的支援の必要性が高まっている。このような場で、本研究で開発したウェブシステムは発達障害児の効果的な支援提供に大きく貢献すると考えられる。
