Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Following the research project "17K00480 Supporting Spontaneous Learning with a Learning Map Building System," we have expanded and developed the theoretical aspects and system functions of a navigation system to support students' independent learning for a university educational program. We provided the basis for a learning navigation system that integrates "learning maps," which are constructed based on learning content, and data on individual and group student learning histories. We proposed a method of recommending learning behaviors related to the most recent learning targets using text mining. We also proposed a method to realize a reminder function to avoid failure of planned learning, which is a cause of course failure, through a social networking service (SNS) with high student utilization.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
