- The working manuscript "Venture capital and methods of payment in mergers and acquisitions" is currently R&R at the Journal of Business Finance and Accounting.
- Other working papers have been presented at conferences and seminars, including "Social networks and venture capital around the world" at Hitotsubashi University. - Some new investigation in the area of social networks and venture capital investments is in progress.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

Answering all comments from the reviewers and publish the paper at the Journal of Business Finance and Accounting (ABDC A* ranked). Deliver speech at some domestic conferences.

Causes of Carryover

The incurring amount can be use to pay expenses related to recruiting research assistants, buying equipment, and paper submissions.
