Outline of Final Research Achievements

In order to activate learning among participants after the training, I designed, developed, and evaluated a peer assessment digital badge system that allows learners to assess the learning outcomes created by other learners after the training and encourage each other's efforts. Specifically, we surveyed learning theories and examples of digital badge system development to support collaborative learning, and developed a framework for supporting peer learning among learners after training. Next, based on this framework, we developed a digital badge system for peer assessment as an add-on for an LMS (Learning Management System). Furthermore, the developed system was evaluated by learners and by experts in educational technology to confirm the effectiveness of the system.
