Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

癌領域におけるITAFsの意義や生物学的特性は未知である。また乳癌の特徴であるERシグナルやHER2シグナルとの関連も明らかではなく、個々のITAFsによって癌増殖・抑制に関わる機能が異なってくる可能性がある。本研究は、この未開の領域に対する独自的かつ創造的研究である。本研究は乳癌を対象としているが、将来的に他癌腫への応用も可能である。
