脳小血管病のSMA脱落の脳内の病変の進展様式について,CADASILでは白質,HTRA1-SVDでは脳表の太い細動脈,CAAでは脳表から広がることを明らかにした.さらにCAAでは脳内血管網におけるAβの沈着様式を可視化し,定量化することに成功した.
