Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In an in vivo experiment, the method for creating liver tumor models in rats and rabbits and the catheter technique for performing selective transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) were established. In an ex vivo experiment, the strategy was changed to use a different type of drug-eluting beads loaded with an anti-tumor drug through ionic bonding.
