Outline of Final Research Achievements

We performed scRNA-seq in 47 cases including 19 hepatitis B virus positive cases, 12 hepatitis C virus positive cases, and 16 non B non C cases, and reported that hepatic stellate cells expressing specific genes are important for the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma.
