Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We performed a lipidomics test and measured brown adipose tissue activity in college athletic non-athletic students. Interestingly, college athletes with high brown adipose tissue activity had elevated blood oxylipin levels after cold exposure. Next, we performed lipidomics and gene expression analysis of brown adipose tissue in mice after exercise and cold exposure. The results were presented at three international conferences.
Other things, A review paper on brown adipose tissue was accepted by Experimental Gerontology (published)
