Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In this fiscal year, I have finished scenario design and model simulation: (1) Scenario design: climate change and mitigation scenarios were designed. The climate change scenarios include RCP 8.5 and RCP 6.0. In the climate mitigation scenarios, mitigation options were employed to limit the temperature increase in 2 degrees. (2) Simulation: I run the above scenarios with a global economic model and derive the food consumption quantity for each scenario.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
Scenario design and model simulation have been conducted as planned.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
Calculate nutrient supply from food consumption quantity data and estimate its health impact.
|
Causes of Carryover |
Due to the situation of COVID-19, the onsite conference abroad was canceled. Therefore, international travel expenses were not used. These amounts will be used in the next fiscal year for (1) Domestic travel expenses for meetings with experts (amount: 363,901); (2) Hiring a research assistant for data processing (amount 300,000)
