| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究課題（令和２年度～令和４年度）においては、国際的な文化財取引の規制に関する検討に取り組みつつ、法学分野における数理モデル応用の方法を考察してきた。最終年度である令和４年度の研究活動では、３年間の研究活動を総括しつつ、成果の公表に取り組んだ。
まず、ユネスコにおける政府間委員会である第23回ICPRCP（文化財原保有国返還促進政府間委員会）会合において、本研究の成果の一部を報告した（Ren Yatsunami, “Concept of Good Faith in the Context of International Trafficking of Cultural Properties” The 23rd Session of the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation (ICPRCP) 2022）。また、国際シンポジウムにおいても報告し批判を仰いだ（Ren Yatsunami “Mathematical Model of the Pluralistic Regulation on Trafficking of Cultural Properties,” the 3rd SNU-Kyushu Joint Symposium 2022)。
そして、以上の研究活動を基礎としつつ、発展させた成果をまとめた論文を公表した（八並廉「文化財の輸出入規制における制度間シナジー : ベイズ更新モデルを用いた検討」法政研究89巻3号195-208頁2022年）。
