Outline of Annual Research Achievements

鳥類の波状飛行をスパース最適制御の枠組みで分析するために,スパース最適制御の性質について数理的に分析した.特に,非線形制御対象に対するスパース最適制御の必要条件の導出を行い,数値計算方法を確立した.

必要条件については,経路の途中に制約がある最適制御問題についての最新の研究成果を参考にスパース最適制御に拡張する方法を開発した.また得られた必要条件から2点境界値問題を導出し,それを解くための数値計算手法を導出した.具体的には,Robbins-Monroアルゴリズムを応用した確率的手法により初期推定値を求め,さらにニュートン法により,数値解の精密化を図る手法を提案した.これらの手法は,論文としてまとめられ,Optimal Control, Applications and Methods誌およびIEEE Control Systems Letters誌にて発表された.

さらに,波状飛行をマルチドローンの合意制御に応用した.小型ドローン4機を用いて実験を行いて,間欠的なスパース分散協調制御により合意が達成されることを検証した.本手法は,国際会議IEEE ICMA2021および学術誌International Journal of Mechatronics and Automationにて発表され,特に国際会議IEEEICMA2021ではBest Paper Award in Automationを受賞した.また,リアルタイム深層学習(YOLO)を活用した小型ドローンのプラトゥーニングの研究も行い,実験により分散協調的なプラトゥーニングが可能であることを示した.本手法はAdvanced Robotics誌に掲載され,また国際会議IFAC World Congress 2023においても発表予定である.
