Outline of Final Research Achievements

As study results, we generated four academic papers, one proceedings paper, nine conference presentations, and one international conference presentation.
As for the evaluation of our research, we obtained a high evaluation at each conference for creating a career development competency scale based on a literature review. This ability scale was derived inductively by referring to various previous studies and was objectively evaluated as a new scale for career development education at Japanese universities. A series of empirical studies also recognized the scale as a useful instrument for university students.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究で作成された能力尺度は、本申請課題のルーブリックの開発に該当するものであり、ここまでの一連の研究は、日本の大学において明示されたルーブリックが不在であるという教育上の課題に対し工学的なアプローチによって応答するものと位置づけられる。今後の研究としてこのルーブリックを用い、様々な集団に対し授業を研究フィールドとするなどの工夫によって実証研究を行うことが望まれる。
