Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the e-learning system I developed for learners’ phonemic acquisition of Japanese.The parameters for the evaluation used were "unvoiced, voiced plosive" and "Na line sound, La line sound, Da line sound." As a result, it was found that practice with the e-learning system enhances the learner's phonemic acquisition of Japanese, and also that there are different acquisition patterns individually.Consequently, three different practice methods based on the acquisition patterns found in this study are proposed. Furthermore, the concept of "The practice cycle to enhance the learner's self-study for phonemic acquisition of Japanese," is proposed as a method of introducing blended learning.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
これまで、学習者が苦手としている音声項目を十分に練習できるe-learning教材は少なく、特に、日本語の単音レベルに焦点をあてた教材が極めて少ないという現状があった。本研究により、学習者が自分の苦手とする単音レベルの練習ができるe-learning教材を開発できたことは、大きな学術的意義があると言える。また、本研究で学習者の個人差が明らかになり、習得過程の分類がなされたことによって、ブレンディッド・ラーニングのモデルを提案できた。このモデルは、様々な音韻習得に応用が可能であると考えられ、日本語音声教育に大いに貢献できたと考えられる。
