Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Regarding the elucidation of the PBK / TOPK molecular mechanism of pancreatic cancer, we analyzed the correlation between TP53 status and PBK / TOPK in pancreatic cancer samples. No significant correlation could be identified. Regarding the regulatory molecular mechanism of tumor suppressor microRNA, we examined the relationship between microRNA including miR-216b and PBK / TOPK in pancreatic cancer samples. No candidate microRNA could be identified.
