| Research Abstract |
2つの双生児コホート(児童コホート、青年コホートと略記)についてそれぞれ以下の研究を実施した。
【児童コホート】すでにプロジェクトに協力してくれてきた24,36,48ヵ月時に加え、新たに12ヵ月時の双生児への家庭訪問による個別認知・社会性調査、42,60ヵ月時の来校による認知・言語・社会性調査、36,60ヵ月時のNIRSによる脳機能と運動機能の側性に関する研究を、それぞれ実施した。縦断データの予備分析から、言語能力、社会性の発達的変化と連続性に及ぼす遺伝と環境の影響が検討され、この時期のさまざまな心的側面に新たな遺伝要因の発現があること、純粋な環境を検出することも可能なことを示した。また昨年度実施した環境と発達との関連をしらべる単胎児の予備調査の分析を進めると共に、小学校入学前後における双生児の問題行動と生育環境の関連を質問紙調査により実施した。
【青年コホート】認知能力やパーソナリティの7年間隔での縦断データを分析し、遺伝要因と環境要因の発達的連続性と変化について明らかにしようとした。おおむね青年期では遺伝要因が安定性の原因となっていることがわかった。の約4000組の新規双生児家庭に対し、学習・教育に関する指標ならびに社会経済的指標との関連におよぼす遺伝と環境の影響をあきらかにするための質問紙調査を実施した。
