Research Abstract |
A complex analytical system (cryo-TOF-SIMS/SEM) was developed to achieve a series of experiment (surface preparation, cryo-TOF-SIMS, and cryo-SEM) for quick-frozen samples. A repetition of the surface preparation and measurements make three-dimensional analysis possible. The method provides a microscopic visualization of 3D distribution for water-soluble components in living plants.
