Research Abstract |
For suppressing hydrogen embrittlement, small-angle neutron scattering(SANS) measurements system has been optimized to get accurate and keep high reproducibility for relatively small samples for bolts. Furthermore, combined use of SANS and small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) has been established for getting compositional information of the embryo or clusters of carbide, oxide, nitride or other hetero-structure with light elements.
