Research Abstract |
Some bio-molecules, such as hormones, regulate transcription through epigenetic control of genes. In this study, we have focused on such bio-molecules, and investigated the mechanisms of bio-molecule-dependent epigenetic control. From our study, we have successfully developed chemical compounds which are able to control epigenetic status and cure some diseases, such as cancers and fibrosis.
