Research Abstract |
Non-labeling and 3D visualization of nuclear and chromosomal structures were achieved by using newly developed non-linear optical microscopic techniques, such as Stimulated Raman Scattering(SRS) microscopy and Stimulated Parametric Emission(SPE) microscopy.
