| Research Abstract |
ネオリベラルな統治形態のグローバルな拡大・浸透は、グローバル・ガヴァナンスそのものに、さまざまな新しい現象を引き起こすなど、質的変化が目立つようになっている。その動態を明らかにするべく、2011年度も、国際的ワークショップや学会報告などを通じて、多角的な検討を行った。2011年7月9日、大阪ハービスプラザの会議場で、Siba Grovoguiジョンズホプキンス大学教授を招き、 “Beyond One Spring: An African Perspective on Law, Legality, and Global Governance”というテーマでの国際セミナーを開催し、意見交換を行ったほか、同年11月18日、大阪ハービスプラザの会議場で、アムステルダム大学のLuiza Bialasiewiczaアムステルダム大学准教授を迎えて、”Mediterraneans: Reconfiguring the Spaces of EU Sovereignty and Responsibility at its Southern Borders”というテーマで国際セミナーを開催し、やはり同様に意見交換を行った。そのほか、台湾の中央研究院の招聘で、同研究院で開かれた国際シンポジウム（2011年11月10日-12日）で、土佐は、“Savage Democracy against Excessive Security Dispositif”という報告を行った。
