Research Abstract |
We here investigated what could be the motivation or professional needs for clinical psychologists to receive educational program of Systemic Family Therapy. Research for the process had been constructed in our country by comparison of the educational training system conducted in the United Kingdom. We concluded that the following factors are important(essential) for the education program for beginners in clinical psychology. Namely,(1) Experiencing practical learning through role-play therapies,(2) the impact of the initial impression on individual beginners and its continuing effect on their own aspects for family therapy,(3) learning of what could be the similarity or common factors between individual therapy and other approaches to family therapy.
