Research Abstract |
A high-power 199-nm coherent light source has been developed. In order to get a highly efficient frequency conversion for high power output in a vuv region, we employed a newly developed nonlinear crystal KBBF and an enhancement cavity technique. An output power of 60mW with a conversion efficiency of 7. 6% has been generated at 199nm.
