亜寒帯水圏生態系キーストン種サケ属魚類の生態系サービスとリスク管理

Research Abstract

1.生態系ベースによる持続可能な資源管理
1-1.サケ属魚類の生活史戦略:(1)昨年,ユーコン川デルタ・ジャンクション産卵場附近で採補したユーコン川産シロザケ親魚の体サイズや繁殖形質などの生物情報の他に,耳石Sr/Ca比微量分析および鱗解析から,2000km降河するユーコン川シロザケ幼稚魚の河川成長パターンを推定した。(2)おしょろ丸によるユーコン川河口沖合におけるサケ属魚類幼魚の分布,成長および摂餌生態に関する調査から,ユーコン川起源サケ属魚類の海洋初期生活期の生活史パターンを明らかにした。(3)オホーツク海における北海道系シロザケの成長速度と再残率に及ぼす海洋環境(海面水温,塩分,低次生物生産量)の影響を解析した。
1-2.野生魚と孵化場魚の生物学的相互作用:これまでに得られた研究成果をPICES Annual Meeting,NPAFC International WorkshopおよびWild Salmon Symposiumにおいて公表した。
2.生態系リスク・マネージメント
2-1.キーストン種としてのサケ属魚類の生態学的階層構造の評価:気候変動と生態系動態の関係を,キーストン種サケ属魚類の個体レベル(生活史),個体群あるいは群集レベル(種内間相互作用や環境収容力)といった生態学的階層構造に基づき明らかにした。
2-2.ヒューマン・インパクトによる水圏生態系の不確実性評価モデル:サケ属魚類をキーストン種として,亜寒帯水圏生態系における測定誤差,過程誤差および実行誤差の抽出と,それらを考慮した水圏生態系の不確実性評価モデルを構築した。
