| Research Abstract |
植物病害の生物的防除用微生物素材として、根圏、葉鞘、植物体内から細菌群を分離し、分子系統解析に基づく分類・同定ならびに特性評価を行った、シュードモナス属およびバークホルデリア属を中心に、抗生作用、抗菌物質遺伝子、生育促進作用等の有用特性について検証するとともに、人畜関連系統との血清型別、伝染系統マーカー遺伝子の存否等の比較解析により潜在的リスク特性を検証することで、微生物農薬素材の評価システムの再構築に関する基礎的知見を提供した.
