Research Abstract

本研究では.(1)薬剤性肺障害に関与する遺伝因子が「common disease-common variant-common origin仮説」に従い日本人に広がった,(2)特発性肺線維症急性増悪に関与する遺伝因子も「common disease-common-variant-common origin仮説」に従い日本人に広がった,という作業仮説のもと,両者が同一である可能性,異なる可能性を共に考慮に入れながら,「ホモ接合ハプロタイプ法」を応用したさまざまな少数例解析手法により,両者の遺伝因子を特定することを目的としている.
本年度は,検体収集を継続しながら.Affymetrix社SNP6.0アレイによる解析を行っている.現時点で検体の集積数は300例以上,画像情報収集症例が150例以上,SNPアレイ解析症例が200例以上となっている.これらのデータを整理し,原因遺伝子同定を目指して解析していく予定である.
