Research Abstract

平成23年度の調査研究は、本科研プロジェクトの最終年度であるため、次の2点を中心に行った。
1.自動車・同部品産業に対しての調査研究(海外・国内)
平成22年度までの中国および欧州での自動車・同部品産業の調査研究を踏まえ、本年度は、これまでの調査対象に対する追加調査を行い、さらに詳細にプロフェッショナル・スキルの形成と伝承について明らかにした。具体的には、欧州自動車・同部品産業の現場作業者およびマネジャーに対し詳細な聞き取り調査を行った。また、比較調査として、日本国内の自動車・同部品産業に対しての調査も実施した。このことによって、国内と海外において、スキルの形成と伝承においてどのような違いがあるのかがより明確なものとなった。
2.調査研究成果の発表・公刊
平成23年度は、最終年度であるので、本プロジェクトの成果について積極的に国内学会および国際学会において発表を行うとともに、学会誌および大学紀要に投稿した。また併せて、本研究に関連する研究成果を書籍として出版した。なお、現在投稿中の論文も数多くあり、これらについては、平成24年度に公刊される予定となっている。
このような結果、本研究プロジェクトで当初予定していた研究目的はおおよそ達成できたと考えられる。今後、プロフェッショナル・スキルに関してさらに研究を進展させ、理論的にも実践的にも有効なモデルを構築していく予定である。
