Research Abstract |
We developed a 6×6-element thermopile array sensor that has a position detection capability of a hot object and integrates high-gain chopping differential current integration amplifiers and waited-center detection circuits for the position detection operation. The infrared array sensor can be made in standard CMOS LSI manufacturing facilities.
