Research Abstract |
How many practicing lawyers, bengoshi, should be there in Japan? How many applicants should pass the bar exam every year? These questions seem to relate to the citizens' legal needs. Whether practicing lawyers should dramatically increase in number or not is closely related to what economic thought are accepted in the society.
