| Research Abstract |
本研究では、本源的動機に着目した経済理論モデルを構築し、どのような環境及びどのような本源的動機の下であれば、各個人が自発的に協力する社会が発生するのかを理論的・実証的に考察することを目的としている。既に、Elster流のMoral動機及びSocial動機を持つ個人から構成されている社会において自発的協力が形成されるメカニズムを理論検証した研究結果を論文"An Interplay between Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivations on Voluntary Contributions to a Public Good in a Large Economy"(Kakinaka and Kotani, Public Choice, 2011)及び"Social Motivation and Voluntary Contributions to a Public Good in a Large Economy"(Kakinaka and Kotani, mimeo)に纏めている。当該年度では、前年度に続き、インドネシアの森林プロジェクト及び中国北京の公害・公共悪における自発的協力に関する実地調査を実施し、自発的協力を促す要因を実証分析した研究結果を論文"Community Participation of Community Collaborative Forest Managementin Central Java, Indonesia"(Lestari, Kotani, and Kakinaka, mimeo)及び"Mode Choices for Trips to Work in Urban Beijing"(Lili, Kotani, and Kakinaka, mimeo)に纏めた。さらに、公共財の心理実験を実施し人々の社会選考のタイプを特定化した上で協力行動を考察した論文"Social Preference and Cooperative Behaviorina Voluntary Contribution Mechanism"(Tanaka, Kotani, and Kakinaka)に取り組んだ。
