| Research Abstract |
We investigated economic effects of local public services when they were provided in a wider area. We tried to extend of generalized Lorenz dominance criterion to the case of multivariate attributes, and apply to the analysis of public services in China. We also examined Pigouvian subsidy and intervention in urban and rural area when there existed diseconomy and unemployment.
