Research Abstract |
Based on the documentary research and the qualitative research, the leadership features for managing diversity are examined. One of the main findings is that conflict management and fostering collaboration are imperative to achieve business results from diversity. Moreover, managing complexity, that is cognitive skills for a comprehensive understanding for the business environment, is also imperative for leveraging diversity. Additionally, those features could be developed by international assignments and job experiences for managing trade-off.
